I ndia captain Bhaichung Bhutia remains focused on continuing his soccer career despite leaving his club amid controversy over his appearance in a televised celebrity dance competition.

"Football remains my first love and I don't have any plans to even try dancing after this," Bhutia told the Hindustan Times on June 2.The striker sought immediate release from Mohun Bagan last month after he accused India's oldest club of humiliating him after they claimed he appeared keener to participate in the dance show than play in the I League.

"It was a great experience for me, but that's it. I won't do any more reality shows. I wanted to try out something different and the best part is that I won it," the face of Indian soccer said.

Bhutia, regarded as key to any Indian success at the 2011 Asian Cup, said he had yet to decide on where he would play next but was still looking forward to the season.

"A great season is waiting and I can't wait any longer. I haven't decided which club to sign yet but I will arrive at a decision in the next two days."
