American Airlines makes effort to woo passengers
In a bid to boost sagging business worldwide, American Airlines has unrelieved a series of innovations aimed at providing better service and customer comfort.
I American recently completed extensive renovations to its largest Admirals Club lounge at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, adding space and seating as well as providing a variety of amenities for business travelers.
Raj Sidhu, sales officer with American Airlines, said the lounge would include 39 work stations and four PCs with high speed Internet access in the Business Center, a walk-up cyber cafe with four PCs and complimentary high-speed wifi access for Admirals Club members and a one-day pass to access the Admirals Club facilities.
